I went to a number of shops on Geylang road, including the most advertised on the internet and the forums, but as soon as they heard about my small problem they soon dismissed me: small businees, not worth their attention.
I stumbled upon Homeone Euro Trading almost by mistake, already resigned to be dismissed again and ready to go back to Lazada or Amazon to get what I needed, but to my surprise Mr. Peck not only listened to my problem, but went the extra mile to help me fix it! He went back and forth his inventory room, taking out pieces of hardware to build, on the spot, a shower system which was exactly what I needed! A level of committment to customer satisfaction that I've rarely seen in my life, for what it was, in fact, a very small sale.

RENOVATING A BATHROOM - A BIG DEAL or NO SWEAT 🤦♂️🤦♂️ It started with a leaking sitting toilet bowl and a long awaited opportunity to replace an "unused" bathtub that came with the bathroom some 20 years ago. Without going into the details of getting a contractor and finalising the layout of a bathroom changover, let me share my experience with HomeOne. I stepped into HomeOne after visiting several bathroom showrooms. What matters is not the size of HomeOne showroom - they have everything you need to renovate your dream bathroom. I was attended enthusiastically by Mr. Peck whom I later came to know was a civil engineer by training. Not only was Mr. Peck knowlegeable, he was helpful and was willing to share as much as one would like to know from the common toilet bowls flushing system to a more sophiscated one. Mr. Peck has a video ready to explain the benefits of one flushing system over another. The choice is yours and he did not in any way tried to hard sell one over another. One thing that I noticed was that the items on display, though are not as wide ranging, are sufficient to help one made a wise choice as the items are mostly "battle-tested" by discerning customers who gave their feedback. Besides Mr. Peck, his other partner, Brian is just as knowlegeable, helpful & friendly and will be able to give the same expert advise accordingly. From what I gathered, as a company policy, feedback on any of the items purchased is taken seriously and if they are deemed not up to mark, they are taken off the shelves immediately. This is remarkably, their quality assurance policy. In terms of price, they are fair and competitive. After several visits & coupled with many changes even after the items are delivered, I am a satisfied customer with most of my bathroom items and accessories purchased from HomeOne as follows: a Cosmos toilet bowl, a 3-way shower set, a 25 litre storage heater, a wall mounted basin with compatible bathroom accessories. Finally, last but not the least, if you are considering to renovate your bathroom, it is wise to come by HomeOne to get a first or second opinion even if you have engaged a contractor or designer for your dream bathroom. Do ask HomeOne who has a package to offer for your entire bathroom changeover. There are many learning tips that I have also gathered from renovating the bathroom in my masterbedroom. Firstly, it took more than 3 weeks to complete and the entire house was affected - it may be wise to renovate the bathroom at the same time with the rest of the house. Next, while one would like to have a dream bathroom like that of a 5-star hotel, it is difficult to realise as the considerations are very different in terms of available space, budget and practical usage. To sum it all, it is a big deal to renovate a bathroom but it is an enriching experience to say the least.

We accidentally bumped into Homeone on our way searching for bathroom cabinets for our renovation. After visiting many shops along Geylang road and Jalan Besar, it turned out that Homeone has everything that we need. They have a wide range of bathroom cabinets and accessories that are not be available in most shops.
We are attended by Mr Brian who had been very patient and knowledgable in explaining all the details for us. No hard selling at all, and we decided to buy all the cabinets and accessories for both bathrooms from them. The installation followed quickly after a few. The workmanship was awesome and the workers had kindly tidied up everything before they left. I'm totally satisfied.
For all that, I'm more than happy to give a 5-stars for Homeone and I would surely come back to look for Mr Brian's service again!

Recent visit to homeone. Found both Mr Bryan and Mr. Peck and their team are service and task oriented service provider. My relative has successfully ordered some toilet equipments complete with dismantling and reinstatement. Work was completely completed with satisfaction. They said they are so happy to visit that toilet every single minute. Like hotel style.
Money well spent. Will come back for more.

The $4k+ WC proudly displayed at the entrance caught our attention and we ended up buying 2 WC and 2 basins with taps a week later. Bryan was nice, patient and knowledgeable. So were the other staff. Their range of products was impressive very different from what other shops carry. HomeOne is the One. Look no further. Awesome.

Changed burnt out gas heater with electric model. Would like to commend Bryan for being patient &, helpful to resolve all my concerns. Very responsive even after office hours! First, I was attended by Peck and Bryan who were very warm and friendly while I was browsing for a replacement water-heater and other bathroom fittings. On installation day, I was struck by their worker’s professionalism. They were very meticulous, hardworking and friendly and very well equipped.

Our water heater was leaking, and the company was very prompt in responding, and very patient and accommodating with me changing the schedule. The Plumber showed up with all the proper tools and change the water heater and some of the piping.
The guys were very pleasant, very hard-working and diligent and very knowledgeable.
It was my first time using this company but a very pleasant experience and I will be using them for future needs. Thank you to Bryan and the team
